Colon cleanse is for individuals who lack sufficient fiber in their diet, for relief from constipation and to maintain regularity.

Each serving provides:

Ingredients: High Fiber

Adults take one heaping tablespoon (7 grams) up to 3 times daily with at least 8 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Children (6 yrs-12 yrs) 1/2 the adult dosage. If minor gas or bloating occur, reduce your intake to half and allow your body to adjuSt. Store below 86 degrees farenheit.

Warnings Do not take use laxative products if you have difficulty swallowing or any throat problems. If abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting occur, seek immediate medical attention. May cause allergic reaction in people sensitive to inhaled or ingested Psyllium. Keep this and all medication out of reach of children.
