Special Advisories: We recommend to always ingest Sovereign Silver™ on an empty stomach. We suggest it is best to hold Sovereign Silver™ under the tongue for 30 seconds while ingesting each dose. Wait 15 minutes before consuming any other liquid, nutritional supplement, or food. After meals, wait at least 4 hours before resuming dosages to allow the stomach contents to clear.
